Having become Ravetllat Aromatics’ majority shareholder in 2019, Ylang Ltd. has now completed the acquisition of the remaining share capital, becoming the company’s sole shareholder.
Following this transaction, Silvia Ravetllat steps down as shareholder and President of the Board of Directors, culminating more than 30 years of leadership, dedication, and commitment to the company.
This milestone reinforces our long-term growth strategy and supports the continued execution of our business plan across both Fragrances and Flavours divisions.

Ravetllat Aromatics closes FY25 with another year of outstanding performance, achieving 28% increase in revenue compared to the previous year.
These figures reinforce the robust cumulative growth seen over the past two years (+70%), setting a strong start to our transformation phase, driven by an unequivocal focus on long-term expansion.
Several key milestones have contributed to this momentum, including the launch of a fully customized new hub in Dubai, the opening of a new laboratory and sales office in Turkey, and the renovation of our facilities in Mexico.
We have invested in technical expertise across divisions, underpinning a 30% increase in headcount during the year.

We are proud to announce our collaboration with the French company Green Touch to recycle our smelling strips.
As part of this initiative, dedicated collection points have been installed across our facilities to gather used perfume blotters. These are then collected and processed through a unique and innovative recycling system that gives them a second life — both at major French paper mills and at artisanal workshops in Grasse.
The entire process is carefully monitored, allowing us to track and measure the positive impact of this collaboration.
