With over a decade of experience in the fragrance industry, Fanny combines creativity and technical expertise, qualities that have led her to hold several key positions in renowned companies.
She also brings an extensive international background, having lived, and worked across diverse markets including Brazil, France, and India.

Silvia Ravetllat concludes her tenure as CEO and fully assumes the role of President of the Board of Directors.
We announce that, after more than 30 years of outstanding leadership and dedication, Silvia Ravetllat stepped down from her role as CEO this past August 1.
Silvia will continue to serve as a partner and President of the Board of Directors. In this new capacity, she will remain closely involved in the strategic direction of the company. Her vision, experience, and deep commitment to the values that have shaped our identity will continue to guide us through this new chapter.

Fiscal year 2024 comes to an end with remarkable results, topping revenue growth of 42% compared to last year.
These results reinforce the strong revenue trajectory seen in recent years — marked by consistent double-digit growth. It also consolidates our position in the market and our growing international footprint.
It’s a solid step forward that reflects Ravetllat’s evolving horizons across both the fragrances and flavours divisions.
Our team also grew significantly over the past year — (by almost 30%) — as we continue to attract talent to maintain and improve our best-in-class manufacturing and technical support services.
These achievements are the result of diversifying our product portfolio, entering new strategic markets, and making continuous investments that strengthen our capabilities at every level.
